Marwan Ahmed Al Ghurair and Juma Ahmed Al Ghurair founded the company in 1991 within the wider Al Ghurair real estate group. Its work focuses on residential and retail buildings for everyday community use. The portfolio includes the six-tower La Vista Residences and the 120-apartment Al Manal 1 Residence in Dubai Silicon Oasis, as well as Al Manal Elite, Easton Court and La Vita Bella. In December 2024, the developer launched an AI-powered smart building in Jumeirah Village Circle.
