Deyaar began as Dubai Islamic Bank's property management arm and holds Dubai Land Department developer registration No. 15. Its portfolio covers established districts including Business Bay, DIFC, Dubai Marina and Dubai Silicon Oasis. The company also operates property, facilities, community and asset management divisions. This broad service platform supports its buildings after handover. Deyaar reported AED 266.6 million in profit before tax for H1 2025, up 31.6%.
