Formally H.A.B.N Real Estate Development L.L.C., the company has been registered with the Dubai Land Department as Developer № 933 since November 2012. It also holds Dubai Chamber of Commerce membership № 200756 and Dubai Economic Department licence № 664255. For Wind Tower 2, HABN worked with Wind International Group as co-developer, delivering a mixed-use tower with separate residential and commercial circulation, pools, rooftop gardens and wellness facilities.
