Founded in 1974, IFA Hotels & Resorts has been listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange since January 2006. The group works with operators including Fairmont, Kempinski, Mövenpick and Sheraton, and owns the Yotel hotel concept. Its Dubai portfolio includes The8 and Fairmont The Palm on Palm Jumeirah. International projects include Four Seasons Beirut, Pine Cliffs in Portugal and Fairmont Zimbali, while IFA Real Estate Services oversees completed hospitality and mixed-use assets.
