Preatoni Group

The group began its first real estate venture in 1974 and later expanded across Europe, the Middle East, the Baltic States and the Russian Federation. Its portfolio spans hotels, resorts, malls and commercial centres, with a stated value above USD 2.5 billion and a workforce exceeding 5,000. Dubai operations opened in 2013. Preatoni Tower was completed in October 2018 after the group took over the stalled site.
