Star Giga Establishment

Star Giga began as a joint venture between Giga Group and ETA Star / ETA Ascon, whose activities included contracting, engineering, real estate and hospitality. Its UAE portfolio includes the five-tower Pearl Residence and four 30-storey Goldcrest Dreams towers in Ajman. Goldcrest Executive adds a completed 40-floor Dubai tower to that record. A four-year resident has praised its build standards, finishes and common-area upkeep.
