Jumeirah Lake Towers wraps 26 lettered clusters around four artificial lakes, and the result is a district that works as a business address and a residential neighbourhood at the same time. More than 70 towers house over 35,000 residents, while the DMCC free zone in Almas Tower draws over 500 companies and the professionals who staff them. Promenades along the water carry walkers, joggers and cyclists past outdoor gyms, sports courts and parks. Singles, couples and entrepreneurs dominate the resident mix, though families with one or two children settle here comfortably.
More than 300 restaurants, cafés and shops serve everyday needs across JLT. Scandinavian Physiotherapy Centre and Dr Batra's Homeopathy Clinic operate within the community. JLT has no school or full-service hospital, so residents travel to facilities in nearby districts, including Mediclinic Meadows, Al Zahra Hospital Al Barsha and Dubai British School Jumeirah Park. By car, DIFC is 10 min away, Palm Jumeirah about 10 minutes and Dubai International Airport 7 minutes.
